Quality Tourism (R)

The Fort de Leveau museum has just obtained the QUALITÉ TOURISME™ label for the second time for a period of 5 years. This mark is the only State mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and their services. Nearly 5,900 establishments carry the QUALITÉ TOURISME™ mark in France. In order to always guarantee a reception and quality services, this system is regularly the subject of a national survey in order to measure its effectiveness, to evaluate its impacts and to identify areas for improvement. To obtain the mark, the museum had to follow a quality approach in line with the essential requirements for visitor satisfaction. As a guarantee of confidence, the services are regularly subject to an unannounced and independent check. This sign of recognition allows the public to confidently choose tourist establishments that offer quality services.
