This mark is the only State mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and their services. Nearly 5,900 establishments carry the QUALIT\u00c9 TOURISME&#x2122; mark in France. In order to always guarantee a reception and quality services, this system is regularly the subject of a national survey in order to measure its effectiveness, to evaluate its impacts and to identify areas for improvement. To obtain the mark, the museum had to follow a quality approach in line with the essential requirements for visitor satisfaction. As a guarantee of confidence, the services are regularly subject to an unannounced and independent check.
